We began by analyzing strong residential real estate naming conventions and chose to include “Realty” to immediately communicate the services offered. From there, the natural inspiration of citrus and palms shaped the visual direction. Both are deeply tied to Florida’s culture and history, particularly Central Florida.

The visual identity was refined with care. Citrus trees and tropical plants paired with images of high-end homes established the initial look and feel. The brand colors were pulled directly from these natural elements, then refined to reflect sophistication and luxury while staying true to their organic roots.

Messaging highlights that the lead agent speaks five languages, creating instant accessibility.
